It seemed like every forum you could think of was used to showcase and highlight our home. The photographer they used took phenomenal pictures! The stager they recommended did a wonderful job! The home was just beautiful! Each open house was well advertised and very well attended. Cari made personal calls and sent emails to so many realtors to keep their buyers apprised to the progress of the house. When in negotiations with the potential buyers and in the resulting sale of the house Cari was very professional and her experience was showcased. It seemed she always knew what the next best step was (not only in negotiations, but throughout the whole process). She was always diligent to understand exactly what we wanted to do before communicating those intentions with the buyers. She negotiated very well.
